Queensland Raceway have successfully "re-opened" the venue inviting all locals, young & old to attend the QR Open Day 2nd July.

All proceeds from the event have been donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities SEQ, raising over $60,000!The day included V8 Race, On Track Drift & Superbike Pillion Experiences, Q&A's with well-known names such as Jamie Whincup & the man himself, Tony Quinn.

An exhilarating time comparison between an Aussie Racing Car, Formula Ford, Porsche Cup Car, Dakkar Truck and Rally Car! Category demonstration laps by leading QLD race categories, 100 car Show n Shine happy laps. And the highlight of the day, Craig Lowndes in the Aston Martin Vulcan.
