It’s time to pit car and driver against the stopwatch!

Our Sprint sessions are held both Day and Night (under lights), and mid-week and weekend! They are run as 6 x 5 lap sessions which count for points, followed by a short passenger session.

We will then round out the remaining time with bonus laps. The track layout for Sprint Sessions is the Clubman Circuit for first two runs, then our Sprint Circuit for the second two runs.

We always try to provide a passenger sessions and bonus laps if time permits.

Midweek Sprints

General Practice National Layout Morning
Sprints Afternoon : 2 x Sprint Circuit 2 x Clubman Circuit, 2 x Switchback Circuit, Passenger Laps
Bonus Laps on Switchback Circuit (Time Permitting)

Night Sprints

6 x Clubman Circuit
Passenger Laps

Weekend Sprints

Class & Points Info

Registered Vehicles

1. Street 4 Cyl (S4)

2. Street 6 Cyl (S6)

3. Street 8 Cyl (S8)

Unregistered Vehicles

4. Race 4 Cyl (R4)

5. Race 6 Cyl (R6)

6. Race 8 Cyl (R8)

Turbo/Supercharged vehicles are moved up to the next group.

AWD vehicles are moved up to the next group, if Turbo they move up again.

Rotary vehicles start in S6 or R6, Turbo Rotaries are moved up to S8 or R8.

Electric Vehicles start in S6 or R6, may be reclassified due to performance.

Points are given accordingly per class: 20, 16, 14, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

with all entrants receiving 1 point below the top 15.

Essential Information

Passenger Requirements

Minimum clothing requirement for this event is long sleeve shirt (covering to wrists), long pants (covering to ankles) and enclosed shoes.
An AS/NZS 1698 Standard helmet or equivalent
Photo ID
Passengers are required to fill out the indemnity form and pay the $20 passenger fee at the sign-on office.

Driver Requirements

Minimum clothing requirement for this event is long sleeve shirt (covering to wrists), long pants (covering to ankles) and enclosed shoes.
An AS/NZS 1698 Standard helmet or equivalent
Motorsport Australia Speed Licence (Click Here). A Single Event Licence can be purchased at our online checkout.
Photo ID
Drivers will require a MyLaps timing transponder for this event ($30). These are available to hire or purchase from our staff. We are also able to check your transponder if required.
All drivers will need to display a unique number on their car during the event. Please make sure all headlights, taillights & brake lights work on your vehicle.

Order Of Events

On the Day

1. Gates Open

Gates open at 7:00am (Day Sprint Event) and 4:00pm (Night Sprint Event)

2. Sign On

Drivers will need to sign on at the event and can do so in person from 7:00am (general practice), 10:00am (Day Sprint Event) or 4:30pm (Night Sprint Event). They will need to show staff their photo ID and Motorsport Australia License. (External website link to applicable license authority)

3. Wristbands

Drivers will be given a wristband. Timing equipment can be hired at sign on. Numbers may be collected as well.

4. Driver’s Briefing

The Driver’s Briefing will take place at 8.00am (general practice), 12:30pm (Day Sprint Event) or 5:30pm (Night Sprint Event).

5. Onto The Track

The first group will be sent out on track from 8:30am (general practice), 1.00pm (Day Sprint Event) or 6pm (Night Sprint Event).

6. Event Day Closes

Event will end at 4:30pm (Day Sprint Event) or 10:00pm (Night Sprint Event).
