The best way for a rider to guarantee a spot in the event is to book online. Entry cost is from $140 (half day only) to $200.
Recreational ride days are aimed at providing exciting and fun on track experiences for all levels of riders. From first timers through to seasoned track day junkies.
We cater for everyone with four individual groups that a rider can chose from according to their experience and ability.
Riders will need to sign on at the event, they will need to show staff their photo ID and competition licence (as stipulated on the event entry page)
Scrutineering will be available from 7:00am in the pitlane, riders should receive a colour number for their bike.
The mandatory Riders’ briefing will start at 8:30am.
Pit lane opens for the first group at 9:00am.
There will be a pause for a lunch break at 12:30pm, then back on track at 1:00pm
End of day is at 4:00pm.
Please be aware that if, in our discretion, we decide that the group you are in is either too fast or too slow for you then you may be reallocated to a more suitable group.
The top group at our ride days for the most advanced riders. There are no guidelines on passing in this group.
The second fastest group for our ride days. Undertaking safely into corners is allowed.
A step up in pace from the Red group. No undertaking into corners is allowed!
A mandatory entry level group for riders new to ride days, rider coaching is provided to the red group.
Just In Case Insurance (JIC) gives you peace of mind with your Moto Ride Day entry. For $50 you can transfer your entry or request a credit should you need to do so up until the last minute (9am on the day of your entered event).
If your bike fails tech inspection you may fix it and re-present it to our scrutineers before going on track.
Riders can hire the gear if they don’t have their own equipment. Hired gear will be checked upon return at the end of the day.

We do require that all new riders to our Moto Ride Days participate in at least the first session in the Red Group – just so our rider coaches can assess and clear your ability. You may then be moved into another group from there. If you have a vast amount of track riding or experience and can verify that, please get in touch with our office on 5461 9100.
Yes, but there are safety regulations. You must have suitable mounts on your bike that safely allow you to record your ride day. Cameras need be affixed to the bike with a second tether. Devices such as iPads, timing equipment or anything else that may distract you is not allowed on your bike. Our Tech Inspection team will let you know if your device is suitable or not for our Ride Days.
A medical team is at every ride day. They will be dispatched as soon as you come off to make sure you are ok. You will have to be seen by the medical team to be allowed back on your bike for the rest of the day. The full procedure is spoken about during riders briefing the morning of the ride day. Once your bike is recovered our tech inspectors will examine the bike again, to make sure it is still suitable for the rest of the ride day.
If you pre-purchase your photo package before the event, your details will be provided to our photographer. They will keep an eye out for you throughout the event and then email you your downloaded photo package within a couple of days. You are welcome to reach out to the photographer after the event to purchase photos/a photo package as well.
'Just In Case' JIC cover provides you with the ability to transfer to another available ride day up until 9am on the day, the JIC cover allows your to reschedule your ride day once per cover. If you do not have JIC cover and wish to transfer your upcoming day for whatever reason then there is a transfer fee of $49.95.
We always ride. If this is a concern for you we suggest you pre-purchase the 'Just In Case Insurance' policy prior to the ride day when you pre-purchase your ride day spot, which allows you to make a last-minute cancellation without losing your entry fee.
The unpowered pitlane car ports are free and first come first serve on event days. Powered garages are available for hire and an option to add on when you enter the event.
Yes, we do have tyre changing services available from 7am on the day of the event. We also have a stock of tyres which are available for purchase
Radars Suspension are available at select events, please confirm with our office if you are looking for that. They will be available to set-up your suspension on your bike and adjust throughout the day for $99.95
